Learning Observed
In Literacy for writing, we have been learning to think about what is happening in stories we read and practice retelling them.
This group listened to the story of Jack and the Beanstalk being read to them. They then had to write sentences about one part of the story. We know that if there is a word that we can’t spell, we have to say the word and write down the words we can hear in the word.
Kaka shows his capability writing his ideas about the story read to him. He works collaboratively with others and listened carefully showing his curiosity.
